7月29日，“智汇潇湘 创领未来”2026世界名校博士湖南行活动在长沙开幕，吸引了来自20个国家和地区、79所顶尖高校的百余名海内外高层次人才参与。

On July 29, the 2026 World-Class University PhD Delegation Tour to Hunan, themed "Wisdom Converges in Hunan, Innovation Leads the Future", kicked off in Changsha. The event drew over 100 high-caliber talents from 79 top-tier universities spanning 20 countries and regions. 

开幕会上，湖南师范大学、长沙理工大学、湖南农业大学、湘潭大学等用人单位与20名博士签署入职协议。

During the opening ceremony, employers including Hunan Normal University, Changsha University of Science and Technology, Hunan Agricultural University and Xiangtan University signed employment contracts with 20 PhD holders.

访谈环节，湖南省人才集团、长沙理工大学、湖南农业大学分别介绍了湖南和学校人才引进政策与支持举措，并在交流提问环节就人才需求、政策补贴、科研项目申报等问题进行了详细解答，帮助与会博士们更加全面、清晰地了解湖南的人才发展环境。

During the panel session, Hunan Provincial Talent Group, Changsha University of Science and Technology and Hunan Agricultural University respectively introduced the talent introduction policies and supporting measures rolled out by Hunan Province and the respective universities. In the Q&A session that followed, representatives gave detailed answers covering talent needs, policy subsidies, scientific research project application and other topics. This helped participating PhD holders gain a comprehensive and clear understanding of the talent development environment in Hunan.

截至目前，世界名校博士湖南行活动已成功举办3届，累计吸引了约140所世界名校的近200名海内外博士参加，45名海外博士与湖南用人单位顺利签约。活动广泛汇聚了海内外高层次人才与侨务资源，精准吸引全球顶尖人才来湘共享发展机遇，为湖南高质量发展注入强劲动能。

To date, the World-Class University PhD Delegation Tour to Hunan has been successfully held for three sessions. It has attracted nearly 200 domestic and overseas PhD holders from around 140 world-class universities, among whom 45 overseas PhD holders have signed employment agreements with employers in Hunan. The event has pooled high-end talents and overseas Chinese resources from across the globe, targeting top global talents to share development opportunities in Hunan. It has injected robust momentum into the high-quality development of the province.
